Salvatore Lo Giudice

Legal & Corporate Affairs

He was born on 15 August 1966.

On 28 January 2019 he joined INWIT as Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs.
From 2017 to 2019, he was Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs of Il Sole 24 Ore Group, where he led the team responsible for the enhancement of the Training and Events Area, and the team in charge of the cash capital increase option offered to shareholders. He was also Chairman of Il Sole 24 Ore USA, Director of Business School S.p.A. and TER – Tavolo Editori Radio.

In 2016 he became Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Eur S.p.A., where he was responsible for the legal, HR and organisation, purchasing and services, and the company secretariat departments.
From 2010 to 2015 he was Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Rai – Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A group with responsibility for litigation, corporate, legislative and regulatory affairs as well as contractual consulting. He was in charge of the legal team for the IPO of Rai Way for the listing on the Italian Stock Exchange’s MTA and for Rai’s first bond issue on listed markets.

From 2014 to 2015 he was also a member of the Board of Directors of Rai Way.
From 2012 to 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors of AUDITEL.
From 2011 to 2015 he was a member of the Legal and Policy Committee Union and the Legal and Public Affairs Assembly of EBU – European Broadcasting Union.
From 2008 to 2012 he was appointed by the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers as a member of the Board of Directors of INPGI.

From 2003 to 2008 he worked first as a legal expert at the Department for Information and Publishing, and then at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers.
From 1999 to 2003 he was a member of the Board of Directors of SEA Airports of Milan, and from 2001 to 2003 of SACBO Bergamo Civil Airport and Malpensa Logistica Europea.
Since 1998 he has held top positions in sports justice at the FIGC – Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (Italian Football Federation); since 2016 he has also been a member of the Federal Court of the FIT – Federazione Italiana Tennis (Italian Tennis Federation).

Between 1993 and 2010 he worked as a lawyer in leading law firms.
He is a fully qualified lawyer and holds a degree in law from the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore, Milan.
