Company values

With the goal of generating value in a medium-long term perspective and contributing to the growth, improvement and social and economic development of the country, we have embarked on the path of sustainability by approving, in November 2020, the Sustainability Plan and publishing, in March 2021, our first Integrated Report. In this perspective, we have adhered to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact on human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption and we have committed to integrating the ten principles into the company’s strategy, culture and daily operations. Furthermore, in order to strengthen our commitment to inclusion and sustainability, we have signed up to the Women’s Empowerment Principles promoted by UN Global Compact and UN Women.

Today we are the leading Italian Tower Operator and among the top twenty Italian companies by market capitalization. In addition, exactly 5 years after the first day of listing, on June 22, 2020 INWIT stock was included in the main Italian stock index, the FTSE MIB, before entering in September the STOXX® Europe 600, composed of 600 of the companies with the largest market capitalization in Europe.
