INWIT: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

Milan, 1st September 2025 – INWIT informs that Christian Hillabrant, Non-Executive Director, resigned on 31 August 2025 from his position as Member of the Board of Directors and of the Strategies Committee, due to personal reasons.

The resigning Director does not hold shares in the Company.

The Company expresses its gratitude to Christian Hillabrant for his valuable contribution.

The Board of Directors, at its first suitable meeting, will proceed with the co-optation pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and in compliance with the provisions of Article 13.17 sub 1) of the Bylaws.
