INWIT successfully closes a new bond issue for 750 million euros

The company’s new bond issue, for a total amount of 750 million euros, was subscribed more than three times the amount offered.

INWIT confirms its virtuous business model and successfully closes a 750 million euro bond issue, with demand more than 3 times higher than supply.

The Company announces the results of the tender offer (the Tender Offer), launched on 24 March 2025 and ended on 31 March 2025, aimed at repurchasing in cash, and subsequently cancelling, part of its €1,000,000,000 1.875 per cent. Notes due 8 July 2026 (XS2200215213) (the Notes) (see press release dated March 24, 2025).

More than 200 institutional investors of primary standing have chosen to believe in the solidity of INWIT. This was confirmed by Emilia Trudu, Director of Administration, Finance and Control of INWIT:

“The success of the new bond issue confirms investors’ appreciation of our creditworthiness and constitutes further recognition of the solidity of our business model. The operation supports the development of the activities of the recently approved Business Plan”.

The new bonds, with a fixed coupon of 3.75% and a duration of 5 years, are issued under INWIT’s Euro Medium Term Notes Programme and are intended for institutional investors.

This operation represents a further step forward for INWIT in supporting the growth and innovation of the digital infrastructure sector.
