Giovanna Bellezza has been Chief Human Resources Organization & Sustainability Officer at INWIT since October 2025.
With nearly 30 years at Telecom Italia/TIM Group, she held senior management roles including Head of Group Industrial Relations, Head of Labour Relations and Head of Human Resources Management for several strategic functions. More recently, she served as Head of HR Operations at ITA Airways. Alongside her managerial career, she has developed significant experience in corporate governance, serving as Board Member at INWIT, at companies within the TIM Group, and at bilateral welfare and healthcare bodies including FONTEDIR and ASSILT.
She currently serves as Board Member of Fondaereo.
She holds a degree in Law and a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
