Emilia Trudu is Chief Administration, Finance & Control Officer at Inwit, Italy’s leading Tower Operator and one of the top twenty companies by market capitalization in the FTSE MIB.
With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Management Control, Investor Relations and Corporate Communication, she has worked across sectors including FMCG, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Multimedia & Digital, and Infrastructure, within both Italian listed companies and multinational organizations.
Before joining Inwit in 2022, she held the role of Group Control Director at Italiaonline, Gruppo 24 ORE and Amplifon, managing international expansion projects, financial restructuring, and business turnaround initiatives. She also held roles of increasing responsibility at Nestlé and Vodafone Italia.
She graduated with honors in Economics from Bocconi University and holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. In 2022, she received the prestigious NXT GEN Women in Finance Award for her leadership and commitment to overcoming gender barriers. She is married and has two children.
