Rome, 13 February 2025 – INWIT announces that, in view of the Shareholders’ Meeting to be convened, among other things, to approve the 2024 Financial Statements and deliberate on the renewal of the Company’s Board of Directors, scheduled for 15 April 2025, the Guidance to Shareholders on the qualitative-quantitative composition of the Board of Directors has been made available to the public on the Company’s website https://www.inwit.it/en/governance/shareholders-meeting/ and on the authorised storage mechanism 1INFO (www.1Info.it).
