INWIT: General Manager, Diego Galli purchases 30,000 shares

 Rome, Oct. 28, 2022 – Diego Galli, General manager of INWIT, leading Italian tower company, announces that he has purchased on the electronic stock market, 30,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

The shares were purchased today, at an average ordinary price of 8.75 euros for a total countervalue of 262,353.17 euros, as already disclosed in accordance with the laws, including regulations, in force.
