INWIT S.p.A – Dividend May 17, 2024

Milan, 17 May 2024 — INWIT S.p.A. announces that the unit dividend per share that will be distributed as of 22 May 2024 to entitled shareholders is set at 0.479626 euros, gross of legal withholdings, taking into account the Company’s portfolio of 16,109,923 shares.

In accordance with the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 23 April 2024 that resolved to distribute a total dividend of 452,810,632.77 euros, the unit dividend of 0.4784 per share would be recalculated and established on the basis of the actual number of shares outstanding, excluding treasury shares in portfolio, present on the record date (i.e. the date of entitlement to payment), 21 May 2024, as disclosed in the notice published on 24 April 2024 and available on the website https://www.inwit.it/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/INWIT-Avviso-dividendo-e-verbale-assemblea-ENG.pdf
The dividend is to be considered fully ordinary from a stock exchange point of view.

It should be noted that, on 2 March 2023, on the occasion of the approval of the 2023 Business Plan, the Board of Directors approved the update of the dividend policy for the period 2023-2026, which was expanded with an additional payment of 100 million euros from the allocation of 2023 profits (payment in 2024), confirming a dividend growth rate of 7.5% per year overall.
