INWIT twenty-second in the world for Diversity&Inclusion, fourth in Italy

Rome, 17 September 2020 – INWIT’s working environment is among the 100 most inclusive in the world. This is confirmed by the 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Top 100 Index drawn up by Refinitiv. The Tower Company is ranked twenty-second, fourth among listed Italian companies in the ranking and fourth in the telecommunications sector. This recognition comes less than three months after the company’s inclusion on the FTSE MIB.

The ranking is drawn up annually by Refinitiv, one of the major suppliers of financial information in the world, based on ESG data available to the public and press reports. The Company, which provides financial data on companies worldwide, has drawn up a ranking analysing over 7,000 companies listed on the stock market, taking into consideration 24 parameters divided into 4 categories.

The “Diversity & Inclusion Top 100 Index” analyses companies’ performances on gender diversity, inclusion, people development and disputes.
