Amendment to the calendar of corporate events and other resolutions of the Board of Directors

Rome, 2 October 2024 – The Board of Directors of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT), which met today chaired by Oscar Cicchetti, approved the amendment to the 2024 calendar of corporate events announced on 9 November 2023.

The Board of Directors resolved to move to 5 November 2024 the meeting called to approve the Interim Report on Operations at 30 September 2024 initially scheduled for 7 November.

The conference call with analysts and investors will be held on 6 November 2024.

In addition, the Board of Directors resolved, pursuant to art. 16 of the Company By-laws, the merger by incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiaries 36 TOWERS S.r.l. and GIR TELECOMUNICAZIONI S.r.l.
