Elisabetta Colacchia leaves the Board of Directors

Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INWIT), announces that Mrs Elisabetta Colacchia – non-Executive Director who holds no Company shares – today resigned from the office of Director of the Company for professional reasons.

The Company thanks Mrs Colacchia for her contribution to INWIT’s activities.
