INWIT’s place confirmed in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index 2023
CREATION OF AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE REWARDED
INWIT, Italy’s top tower operator, has been included for the second year running in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) with an improved score. This confirmation rewards the ESG challenges taken up by INWIT particularly regarding disclosure and the inclusive culture policy implemented by the company.
The Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, developed in collaboration with global experts in the field, provides managers and investors each year with information to compare the gender equality commitment of the largest listed companies in the world. The 2023 edition includes 484 companies in 45 countries.
The index measures gender equality using five criteria: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay & gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies and pro-women brand.
