Merger by incorporation into INWIT of wholly owned subsidiaries

Milan, 13 December 2024 – Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT) announces that the deed of merger by incorporation into INWIT of the wholly owned subsidiaries 36 TOWERS S.r.l. and GIR TELECOMUNICAZIONI S.r.l., executed on 10 December 2024 and already registered with the relevant Business Registers, is available to the public at the Company’s registered offices, on the Company’s website at the following link https://www.inwit.it/it/governance/informativa-societaria/operazioni-societarie/ and on the authorised storage mechanism www.1info.it.

The merger will be effective vis-à-vis third parties as of 1 January 2025; the accounting and tax effects of the merger will be effective as of the same date.
