Shareholders’ Meeting Held

The ordinary and extraordinary sessions of the Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. Shareholders’ Meeting met today chaired by Francesco Profumo. The Shareholders’ Meeting recorded the presence of 83.5 % of the Company’s ordinary share capital.
