Update on purchases during the period from September 11 to September 15, 2023

Milan, 18 September 2023 – Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT), following the press release of 14 June 2023, relating to the start of the first tranche of the treasury share buyback in execution of resolution No. 1 at item No. 7 of the agenda passed by the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 18 April 2023, announces that it has purchased on the Milan Euronext, in the period between 11 to 15 September 2023, 338,880 ordinary shares at an average price per share of EUR 11.6534, for a total value of EUR 3,949,114.19. As at 15 September 2023, considering the treasury shares already in its portfolio, INWIT holds 4,677,194 treasury shares amounting to about 0.49% of the share capital.
