The Board of Directors on 20 October 2022 appointed the independent Directors Stefania Bariatti, Quentin Le Cloarec, Secondina Giulia Ravera and Francesco Valsecchi and the non-executive Director Pietro Guindani as members of the Control and Risks Committee, as well as the Director Stefania Bariatti as Chairman of the Committee.
