INWIT, Donatella Colantoni new Director Human Resources & Organization

Rome, 16 February 2023 – The directorship of  Human Resources & Organization of INWIT, Italy’s leading tower operator, has been entrusted to Donatella Colantoni.

Ms Colantoni will answer directly to the company’s General Manager, Diego Galli, and will be responsible for ensuring human resource management through the definition and implementation of policies for selection, career growth, rewarding and caring. She will also be responsible for defining organisational models and workforce planning, as well as managing industrial relations. Her position also involves monitoring prevention aspects and worker’s health and safety in the workplace.

With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from La Sapienza University in Rome and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Luiss, Donatella Colantoni will be bringing to INWIT her extensive experience in human resources and leadership acquired in international companies.   Previously she has worked in various areas of human resources for Fox Networks, Accenture, Invitalia, Ford and Nestlè.
