Notification on Share Buy-Back

Following the November 8, 2018 Press Release about the launch of the programme to purchase the company’s own shares to service the 2018-2020 Share-based Incentive Plan (the “Incentive Plan”), in execution of the resolution taken by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 13, 2018, INWIT announces that between November 8 2018 and the day of today, it purchased 222,118 own shares at the average price of 6.4600 euro, for a total consideration of 1,434,892.71 euro.
