Publication of Board Minutes and Updated by-Laws

Infrastrutture Wireless italiane S.p.A. has today published the extract of the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting of 6 February 2020 concerning the amendment of articles 13.1, 13.6, 22.1 and 22.9 of INWIT’s current by-laws and articles 13.1, 13.5, 22.1 and 22.9 of the new by-laws approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 19 December 2019, which will come into force from the date on which the merger of Vodafone Towers S.r.l. into INWIT becomes effective, adapting the by-laws to new legal requirements on gender quotas.
