Stefano Siragusa and Mario di Mauro leave the Board of Directors

Italian Wireless Infrastructures (INWIT) hereby announces that Mr. Stefano Siragusa – Chairman – and Mr. Mario Di Mauro – Non-Executive Director – have given up their office within the Board of Directors of the Company, both to keep the focus on their roles within TIM Group. The resignations have an effective date of the assumption of the resolution of their replacement.

INWIT thanks Mr. Siragusa and Mr. Mario Di Mauro for their contribution to the Company’s operations.

Mr. Siragusa and Mr. Di Mauro do not hold shares in the Company.
