TIM and INWIT convened their Boards of Directors to discuss partnership with Vodafone

TIM and INWIT hereby inform they have convened a meeting of their respective Boards of Directors for July 26 which shall discuss the partnership project with Vodafone, as announced on February 21 this year.

The results of the evaluation by the Boards will be disclosed to the market after the meetings.
