Venanzio Iacozzilli leaves the Board of Directors

Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INWIT), announces that Mr Venanzio Iacozzilli – non-Executive Director who holds no Company shares – today resigned from the office of Director of the Company for professional reasons. The Company thanks Mr Iacozzilli for his contribution to the Company’s activities since its establishment.
