For the fifth consecutive year, INWIT has been recognised as a “Sustainability Leader” by “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Statista”. This achievement once again confirms the strength and consistency of the company’s strategic journey, founded on concrete and measurable goals.
“Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Statista” evaluated more than 500 Italian companies using 35 indicators across the three ESG pillars: Environmental, Social and Governance, selecting 240 businesses distinguished by their innovative and measurable approach to sustainability.
INWIT stood out in particular for its ESG performance in waste management, health and safety, and transparency.
As outlined in the 2025 Integrated Financial Statements, approved on 30 April, INWIT has implemented a waste management process designed to optimise resource use and maximise material recovery. In 2025, the company recovered 98% of the waste materials generated through its operations.
In the area of health and safety, INWIT has implemented an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Energy, and has held ISO 45001 certification since 2024 (Occupational Health and Safety). The company places strong emphasis on safeguarding both internal and external workers. In 2025, INWIT conducted 661 health and safety field audits involving its contractors.
The company is strongly committed to transparent communication with all its stakeholders, implemented through the annual publication of the Integrated Financial Statements, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and audited by an independent auditor.
The recognition awarded by “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Statista” further confirms the strength of INWIT’s long-term strategy for sustainable growth, benefiting the company, its stakeholders and the communities in which it operates.
