INWIT and the passion for people: from March 19th, paid paternity leave doubles

INWIT strengthens its commitment to people’s well-being and, on 19 March 2025, on the occasion of Father’s Day, announces an important initiative to support parenthood: the doubling of paid paternity leave.
More family time for new dads!
Starting from the birth of the child, new fathers who work at INWIT will be able to benefit from an additional 10 days of 100% paid leave, which are added to the mandatory leave provided by law, for a total of 20 days.
The company confirms its commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, positioning itself as a point of reference in the sector.
Passion for our people
INWIT constantly invests in its people, promoting the development of skills and adopting solutions that favor the balance between professional and private life. Passion for people is one of the company’s core values, along with passion for customers, results, digital and sustainable success. This approach is reflected in a broad corporate welfare program and the achievement of important awards, including Top Employers certification, UNI/PDR 125:2022 for gender equality and ISO 45001 for health and safety at work.
INWIT’s commitment to ESG has been further recognised with its inclusion in the FTSE4Good index of the most virtuous companies in terms of environmental, social and governance practices and in the TIME ranking of the 500 most sustainable companies in the world.
Diego Galli, General Manager of INWIT, said:
“With the extension of paid paternity leave, we confirm our passion for people and sustainable success, adding a new, valuable piece to the path of supporting parenthood and enhancing best practices in the DEI field”.
Employee well-being comes first
Among INWIT’s main corporate welfare initiatives, in addition to paternity leave, are an advanced smart working policy, contributions for sustainable mobility – including coverage of 75% of the cost of public transport season tickets -, a platform of corporate agreements and access to discounted prices for physical and psychological well-being services.
Thanks to these initiatives, INWIT confirms its role as a company that cares about people, promoting an increasingly inclusive, fair and sustainable working environment.
