After the approval of the Stakeholder Engagement Management Policy, with which we equipped ourselves with a tool for better management of relations with our stakeholders, we gave continuity to this path with an event that provided insights into ESG issues, which are increasingly central for us and increasingly integrated into our business strategy.

These themes reflect the global challenges of the so-called Decade of Action, the decisive decade, launched by the United Nations at the beginning of 2020, to achieve the challenges required by the SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda.
These include the importance of solid, integrated governance on sustainability issues, without which it is difficult to build a valid and coherent path towards what the corporate governance code defines as sustainable success, and the role of the private sector both in decarbonisation, which must necessarily pass through a fair and inclusive energy transition, and in overcoming the still very strong cultural limits on gender equality.

The forum represented an opportunity to consolidate and strengthen the process of dialogue and the involvement of our stakeholders, aware that the process of creating value for the company passes through stakeholder relations, as an integral part of responsible and sustainable business management.
