He holds an MBA from La Sapienza University and a Master’s degree in Higher Legislative Studies from ISLE (Institute for Documentation and Legislative Studies). He was previously Senior Vice President Government Affairs at Leonardo S.p.A.
From 1995 to 1999 he worked at the Senate of the Republic as an expert in legislative drafting, dealing with telecommunications, broadcasting, industry, transport and public works.
He joined Vodafone Italia in December 1999, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in the External Affairs area, until becoming Head of Governmental & Institutional Affairs, which he held until March 2019.
